Orders & Shipping
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is on its way.
We currently ship across Canada and the US. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by location and will be calculated at checkout.
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. If you don’t see it, be sure to check your spam or promotions folder.

Canada & US Shipments
Processing Time:
Orders are processed within 2-4 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Delivery Estimates:
Estimated delivery is 3-7 business days. Please note, times may vary based on destination and customs clearance.
Tracking & Notifications:
Once dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking details for your order.
Shipping Address Verification
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate, including street address, apartment or unit number, city, state/province, and postal code. Inaccurate addresses may lead to delays or failed deliveries.
Incorrect Address Consequences:
For North American orders, The Hayat Collection is not liable for costs associated with the return or re-shipment of packages due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.
Refunds for Returned Packages:
If a package is returned to us due to address errors, we will refund the cost of the items, excluding original shipping fees and any charges associated with the return.
Lost or Stolen Packages:
If a carrier confirms delivery but your package is not received, it is the customer’s responsibility to initiate a claim with the carrier. The Hayat Collection cannot file claims or assume liability for packages marked as delivered.
Duty-Free Shipping in Canada:
All Canadian orders are duty-free as we ship from within the Greater Toronto Area.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes for US Orders:
Customers in the USA are responsible for any import taxes, customs duties, and associated fees. We do not cover these charges and cannot predict their amount. If a package is refused due to customs fees, no refund will be issued.
Potential Delivery Delays:
High order volumes, new launches, carrier delays, adverse weather, and other factors can affect delivery times. We appreciate your patience during these periods.

Returns & Exchanges
Returns & Exchanges
At The Hayat Collection, each piece is made with elegance and intention. We want you to love your purchase, and we’ll gladly accept returns and exchanges on eligible items under the following guidelines.
Hijabs
For hygiene reasons, all hijabs are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Dresses
We accept returns and exchanges on dresses within 7 days of delivery if:
- The security ribbon is still attached and has not been tampered with.
- The item is in its original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
- Customers cover return shipping and any duties on exchanges.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
You may:
- Exchange your dress for another size of the same style, or
- Exchange it for a different style of your choice.
Damaged or Defective Items
Your satisfaction matters to us. If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 2 days of delivery at info@thehayatcollection.ca. Please attach images of the damaged or defective product.
- We will provide a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
Final Sale Items
The following are Final Sale and not eligible for return or exchange:
- Hijabs
- Items purchased during major sales (e.g., Black Friday, clearance events with 40%+ discounts)
- Any item marked “Final Sale” at checkout
We do not offer price adjustments on items purchased before a sale.
Color Disclaimer
Please note that colors may vary slightly due to lighting, photography, or screen resolution. Refunds will not be issued for minor color differences. If you’re unsure about a shade, we encourage you to reach out to our team at info@thehayatcollection.ca before placing your order.
